Inspiring people, Improving Customer Experience

Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch, 335-337 Old St, London EC1V 9LL

At Bridge, part of our commitment is to live our values through all that we do. We have worked in partnership with our clients and other leading organisations, to bring life to our Employee Engagement and Culture Conference.

This is no ordinary event, and as an attendee, we want to put ‘the experience’ at the forefront of your delegate experience.

Day one will allow us to all come together, celebrate success stories and get deep inside the DNA of what drives employee engagement. It will also give you the opportunity to both create a lasting vision for your organisation and connect your people to your brands.

According to Gallup’s latest poll, only 32% of workers were engaged in their jobs in 2015, compared to 31% in previous years. It means that organisations will now have to tailor their approach and find new ways to engage their employees at work. With this, we believe in turning words into action, and this is your opportunity to be involved in what could be – the next big idea in employee engagement and workforce culture.

If this was not enough, on day two we will host a limited space interactive activity that will benefit you – we like to call it a hackathon. Bridging the world of the creative and the strategic, leaders will roll up their sleeves and work as a team to hack their way through developing an employee engagement solution. What an opportune time to sit with the key experts, ask all the right questions and learn together in real time.

Also, to ensure that fun is never that far away from the working space, our venue boasts a two-lane bowling alley – just when you need to push those creative boundaries.
